You have no idea how timely this passage is, Claudia. My mother is moving into assisted living this week - - a little slower, a little less memory of things past, and a little slower to get around. I smile at the stories I have heard ten times, go over three times when the blue pill needs to be taken, and say 'thank you' when she wishes me happy birthday on the wrong day. It is part of aging - and one day, we will ask for the same kindness that our parents and loved ones have asked of us.

Thank you for the beautiful message, Claudia.

Beautiful, Claudia; thanks so much for sharing this. It brought back many fond memories of time with my mother, who passed away seven years ago. We missed you at the ITC mini-reunion!
