Isn't that funny- I am making Ginger Cookies today, one day after your posting. My recipe is from Stars Desserts and mine end up being very flat, not nice like yours. However they are for a holiday work party and now for 15 yrs I have been making them the same way. Isn't there something so addictive about the combination of ginger and molasses? I want to try these next..... but just for ourselves.
