We will see what happens. I have just made my first batch of peach jam and endeavored in my first canning project!!!! It did appear that I had 2 jars that did not seal so I went in the web to find out why. Here is a website that may help other novices like myself. It may help someone avoid a mistake I made. I tightened the lids. Hopefully I will be able to sneak by with this error.
