Summer lunches are some of the best, especially when shared with friends. We had houseguests from Rhode Island over the weekend and wanted to "send them off right" with a delicious, and hopefully memorable, summer lunch.

Chilled Half Lobster with Remoulade Sauce
Caprese Salad
Drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Enjoyed with a chilled Gewurztraminer
Tomato Tarte Tatin
They left with smiles on their faces, promising to return!
