I made the leeks with our roast chicken for Easter dinner. They were fabulous and so easy. Leftovers the next day went into a salad--the leeks and the chicken bits along with fresh greens and a very little dressing.


These are such a wonderful dish that I have shared the receipe with many friends. Thanks for including them
