Love the recipe.......and I must try it......thanks for the recipe for the Gruyere Au Gratin Potatoes......they came out so good.........I made them once before.and the trick is to let it settle.......mmmmmmmm.....mmmmmmm...gooooood

I have made this recipe several times only to be a hit each and every time. The recipe sounds complicated, but it really is rather easy.
